ℹ️ Any support queries from carers should come via the office staff for your agency.
Anyone is able to contact our support team via Email or Phone, however you are able to choose can contact us via live-chat using Roles and Permissions.
By default only accounts with the Administrator, Branch Manager, or Registered Manager roles will be able to start a new chat conversation with our support team.
Preventing someone from using live chat
To remove access to live chat, remove the Contact CareLineLive support permission under the Application Permissions group for the role.
Don't worry if it's not already ticked, they didn't have access any way!
Users may still receive posts or messages, or conversations that we start with them ourselves as a result of another interaction.
