Below we've included information about some of the certifications we have, and what they mean for you.

ISO 9001/27001

These certifications follow guidelines set by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO). Both of these standards are in relation to implementing effective ‘management systems’.

CareLineLive is assessed for both standards yearly.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS).

QMS is a framework that helps organizations ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised standard for information security.

It provides a framework for organizations to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and continually improve an information security management system (ISMS).

Our certifications were achieved through partnership with QMS International, who provided training and guidance when implementing both of these management systems.

Our certificate number is 369912021, and can be verified using the QMS Certificate Verification website.

Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials is a UK Government backed scheme that allows companies to implement and assess their cybersecurity practices.

Our certificate number is 63aab50f-4842-4928-822c-caecbbb4f4b1, this can be verified here.
