The clients report allows you to show information about your clients. This can include their age, their contacts, the contracts they have assigned and the dates of those contracts. As an example of how this report can be used, you are able to show clients that have started or finished within a certain date range.

To run the report, head to Reports on the main navigation bar and select Clients from the dropdown menu, before selecting your date range and team(s)

ℹ️ The default filters look to any client with an active contract within the set date range - if you want to see your current active clients, set the date range just for that date!

Report layout

There are two layouts that can be shown; list, and table.

List (default)

The list view is shown as a default and focusses on the client's details and important contacts. You will see their personal details at the top, with their client type in the top right corner. Their contracts are listed, but no dates are shown.

You will see their important contacts below which will be separated into people at the top and organisations below. NOK, GP and POA details will be highlighted where necessary.

Table

You can change the report layout to table, the main change is that this view shows all contracts assigned to that client as well as their start and, where relevant, finish dates.

You can still see some of the client's personal information, but the important contacts are omitted from this view.

The filters remain the same irrespective of which layout you are using.
