Any rates that you've defined in your service contracts can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.

Understanding the export

The Excel file will contain a table of rates for each contract type. The columns are defined as below:

Contract Type

The name of the Contract Type.

Applies From

When the rates come into effect.

Rate Description

Details of the rate.

Rate Type

Could be hourly or fixed.

Start Time

If applicable, the time of day that the rate comes into effect

Finish Time

If applicable, when the rate finishes

Rate

The rate's amount.

Rate Code

The element code of the rate, if defined.

Non-pro-rata rates

Any non-pro-rata rates that have been defined will be appended as additional columns, including their amounts & element codes.

Exporting for all contract types

Navigate to Carers β†’ Contract Types, or Clients β†’ Service Contract Types.

Click the three dots in the top-right of the page, and then Export rates.

Exporting rates for a single contract type

Open a Carer Contract Type or Service Contract Type, then click the three dots in the top-right of the page, and then Export rates.
