When using the CM2000 integration, the bookings generated in CareLineLive that are allocated will directly export to CM2000. Whether the bookings are eligible to be sent to CM2000 is dictated by the service contract type associated with them.

Enabling up the integration

In order to enable the integration on your management portal, we will need the following information provided by your CM2000 account manager:

  • FTP Server

  • Account name

  • FTP Password

  • Whether the local authority will accept call monitoring data from CareLineLive (actual visits), or if they’ll only accept the scheduled visits with no call monitoring data (planned visits.

Setting up the integration

The integration works by using the service contract type associated with the booking. We will also need to know which service contract types you want to send to CM2000.

ℹ️ If you have a combination of clients that are sent to CM2000 and clients that aren't, you will need to have a separate service contract type to make sure only the relevant information is sent across.

Data Transfer

We will enable the export within your environment and data will start transferring from the date that this is completed, unless you advise us otherwise.

ℹ️ Only bookings that have been allocated will be sent to CM2000. If a booking is allocated, and then subsequently unallocated it will be deleted from CM2000.
