Often you'll hear us talking about "your environment". We're referring to your specific installation of CareLineLive.


Why "environment"?

Many moving parts go into hosting your CareLineLive environment, and we also host many other companies.

"Environment" describes the collection of databases, files, and other services that work together to give you CareLineLive.

Each of our customers has their own environment. Each is isolated from the others to ensure there's never a chance of someone else's having an impact on yours. Most importantly it eliminates the chance of someone else being able to access your data.
