The recommended way to create new user account passwords is to invite the user being created to create their own password.

Begin by creating a user account, using the + button from the Accounts page and fill out the form. When you get to sign in credentials, the default option is send invitation by email.

Once you have entered the email and clicked send, an email will be sent to the user which will look like this.

The new user will need to select the set password button to be taken to a screen where they can create their password.

There is a password strength indicator and they will need to confirm the new password before they click create your account.


Users that have not accepted their invitation

User account invitations will be active for 24 hours before they will expire and you will need to resend their invitation.

You can see where a user has not accepted their invitation by clicking into their user account. Alternatively, you can see a list of users who have yet to accept by using the filters from the accounts page. Select 'User has accepted their invitation' and set it to 'No'.


Audit

User account invitations will also appear in the audit log.
