When finishing a carer contract, or client service contract, you have a list of reasons you can choose to show why the contract has finished. The list is initially preset, however you can manage this list and create your own if necessary.
ℹ️ Using the contract finish reasons is not required to be able to finish a contract.
Accessing finish reasons
The process for finding the finish reasons is very similar for both carers and clients, you will find them within their respective carer or client section and clicking "Contract Finish Reasons" on the left hand side.
Managing finish reasons
Each of the existing finish reasons can be amended by clicking on them and either amending them, or deleting them entirely. You are also able to create new finish reasons by clicking the + button in the top right corner.
