Clients can have multiple service contracts assigned. This could be because they have multiple funders, or if you charge different rates for different services.

In order to set this up, head to a client's contracts tab. Use the + button to assign the contract and select the correct buyer, this can be done as often as needed. The next step is to assign the contracts to the correct schedule entries or bookings.

If there are set visits with set contracts, you can assign the contract to the appropriate schedule entry so it will be used for any bookings generated from it. You may need to assign this contract to some existing bookings. This can be done in bulk if needed.

Split billing

You are now able to set up split billing based on a percentage, meaning that two buyers can be assigned to a single contract. Read more about that here.
