β οΈ Please read Teams before creating a team, it may be best to contact support to make sure that it is in your best interest to create additional teams. You can't delete teams once they're created.
Teams in CareLineLive help you organise rostering across different parts of your organisation.
You can create teams in two main ways:
By branch: Set up separate teams for each branch so they can manage their own rosters independently.
By geographic area: Group clients and carers by location (for example, North London and South London).
This flexibility lets you structure teams in the way that works best for your organisation.
Creating a team:
To create a team, from the Main Navigation Menu, go to Settings β Teams.
Click on the + button.
Enter the name of your team, then click Create to add.
Click Save. Your new team is added to the list of teams.
Editing a team
To edit your team's details:
From the Main Navigation Menu, use the arrows on the bottom right to search for the team in the list. Teams are listed in alphabetical order.
You can choose the number of teams that display in the list by clicking the dropdown on the bottom left and clicking a number.
Click the team's name to edit it.
Make your changes and click Update.
Adding Teams to Groups
If you have multiple teams, you can organise them by adding them to groups. For more information, see Team Groups in Teams.
