CareLineLive sends you notifications when certain actions require your attention

Notifications in CareLineLive keep you informed about the status of certain activities, and actions that require your attention. Previously, notifications were sent to you via email, however they are now available to view directly within the management portal.


Accessing notifications

To access your notifications, locate the notification icon in the top navigation menu of the application. When you have new notifications, the icon will display a badge showing how many unread notifications you have. Click the button to open your notifications panel.

Marking notifications as read

Notifications will be marked as read when you click on them; alternatively you can click the action button next to each notification to mark it as read/unread. Some notification types will also have additional actions available from this menu.

To mark all of your notifications as read, click the action button in the top-right of the notifications panel, and then Mark all as read.

Viewing old notifications

To view notifications that you've already read, open the actions menu in the top-right of the notifications panel, and toggle the Only show unread switch to off.
