You may need to un-confirm a booking if it was confirmed accidentally, if you need to make it ineligible for financials, or if you need to make adjustments to the confirmed time of a booking.

⚠️ Amending the confirmed time can affect how much a booking is paid or charged if you have contracts set to use the actual booking times.

This action will be visible in the audit trail for the booking.

Un-confirming

Un-confirming a booking allows you to:

  • Amend the confirmed time of the booking

  • Delete the carer's check ins

You will need to manually confirm the booking again after it has been unconfirmed.
