The carer agenda allows you to view and manage your carers bookings, availability and leave for up to four weeks.

ℹ️ The carer agenda is similar to the client view on the roster, but rather than showing a single day for everyone, it shows a full week (or up to 4) for a single person.

The agenda has the dates shown down the left hand side as each row refers to a specific date. You will also see the number of hours that the carer is set to be working each day there are bookings. If the carer has a work pattern assigned, you will see their minimum/maximum hours and how many hours are listed. Hovering over this will provide more information.

Any bookings allocated to the carer will be shown on the agenda as well as any shifts (both created and scheduled), or availability. You will also see any client schedule entries that the carer is allocated to.

Actions

  • Create ad hoc shifts

  • Generate scheduled shifts

  • Create ad hoc availability

ℹ️ Clicking on the date on the left hand side will allow you to view the carer's travel for that date or open up the roster for that date.
