Un-Cancel a Booking

If a visit was wrongly cancelled, or a previously cancelled visit no longer needs to be cancelled you are able to un-cancel a booking using similar methods to cancelling one.

Actions menu

From the client's roster or agenda, you are able to use the actions menu by either selecting one or more cancelled bookings using ctrl + click (โŒ˜ +click for Mac users) and using the actions button towards the bottom left, or right click on one of the selected bookings. Select un-cancel booking(s) and tick the are you sure box at the end before confirming.

Open booking

If you open up a booking, you will be able to see the same โ‹ฎ icon in the top right corner, clicking on this will allow you to see the un-cancel option.

Ended suspensions

If a suspension is lifted where there are still cancelled bookings as a result of that suspension are still upcoming, you will have the option to restore the bookings, or do nothing. See Suspensions for more information.
