On the roster and agenda, the bookings display different colours to show their status, but what do they mean?
 | The booking is unallocated. |
 | The booking is partially allocated - At least one carer is allocated, but fewer than the minimum number of carers. Double click on the booking to check or adjust. |
 | The booking is fully allocated but no check in has been received. |
 | The booking has started, but is incomplete - It has received a check in but not a check out. |
 | The booking has been completed and confirmed - Only confirmed bookings are eligible for financials. |
 | The booking has been completed but is un-confirmed. It will need checking and manually confirming |
 | The booking has been cancelled. |
