Unlock a booking

Unlocking a booking lifts restrictions placed on a booking once a carer has checked in. This allows you to make amendments to the call such as reallocating carers and amending the booking time and duration.

To unlock the booking, you will need to open it up. In the top right of the new screen you should see the ⋮ icon. Click on this and select unlock from the menu. You will need to enter your password before unlocking. A booking is unlocked for 30 minutes but can be manually locked again.

⚠️ When a booking is unlocked, other users are able to make changes to it.
