Loose unavailability denotes that a carer is not strictly unavailable.

You may see this if a carer was allocated to a booking that was cancelled, or they're allocated to a scheduled client visit that either hasn't been booked, or they've been unallocated from.

Where would I see this?

Loose availability can be seen when using the capacity planning tools, specifically when checking the availability section. When checking your carer availability you may come across the loose unavailability.
