Sometimes it's necessary to understand when and who allocation/unallocated carers from bookings.

Open the carer's Agenda tab, then click the three dots in the top-right of the agenda, and then click View History.

The history page will show each time a carer was allocated or unallocated from a booking or a shift. By default it will show the current week, though the date range can be changed. You can also change the Subject and Action to filter the list further.
