Booking Note
Within a visit, you can leave multiple booking notes detailing how the visit is going/went which can be helpful for caregivers or family members viewing the Care Circle. To leave a note, click on the + icon in the bottom right corner of the screen within the booking, type your note and hit Save. You can also use the thumb-up or down feature to show your sentiment (only visible within the app).

Carer Concerns
Carers can also report concerns via the app which are only visible to office staff in the management portal.
Concerns can be reported when performing:
Adding a booking note
Completing a task
Recording an observation
Carer concerns are a simple way for carers to communicate with the office that something requires attention, whether itâs related to a task, observation, or even a general note. Concerns are visible within the Management Portal and can be the starting point for an incident report. Concerns are always linked to the particular booking as well as the related note, task or observation, giving you visibility into the context surrounding the concern.
App View (Creating Concern):
To access Carer Concerns, go to the main navigation and click on the Concerns page. The page shows unresolved and unacknowledged concerns by default, but you can change this using the filters pane on the right. Hover the cursor over the relevant concern to see the comment in full.
â ď¸ Please note that Concerns cannot be viewed in the app by the carers, nor can they be viewed in the Cire Circle.
For more information regarding managing your Carer Concerns, you can check out our support article Managing Carer Concerns.
Handover Note
This note is left for the next carer who will be taking over the care responsibilities and is to provide any relevant and important information that may be necessary for the upcoming call. The next carer must read this note carefully to ensure they have all the required information to provide quality care. This can only be left whilst checking out of a visit.
